Plumbing System
Scope of Services
- Water Supply, Pumping, Piping & Distribution
- Central Hot Water Generation & Supply
- Water Treatment Systems
- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Methodology
We ensure that the water distribution system meets optimal performance standards and fully satisfies the functional requirements of the installation. Pumping systems are carefully selected based on maximum efficiency along the duty curve and the quality of the supplied water.
Our design approach for both hot and cold water distribution follows zoning principles, ensuring adequate residual pressure at all user outlets.
The stormwater and rainwater drainage systems are designed based on the maximum rainfall intensity specific to the project location. A separate and independent drainage system is provided to efficiently collect rainwater from roofs, balconies, planters, paved areas, lawns, and roadways.
Hot water generation systems are designed with adequate capacity, taking into account peak demand and the ambient temperature of the incoming cold water supply.
Water treatment solutions are planned based on the total volume of water to be treated, detailed analysis of the raw/source water, and its intended end use.
The Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is designed to ensure that treated effluent consistently meets permissible environmental standards, even under fluctuating flow conditions. Treated and disinfected wastewater is stored and reused for:
- Flushing systems
- Cooling tower makeup water (HVAC systems)
- DG set applications
- Landscape and horticulture irrigation
